The race starts at the mountain lodge/hotel beneath Vidlič proceeding by via militaris towards the village of Rsovci. A short part is an asphalt road. CP1 is at 8th km of teh race at the Jovanović household. Here you will have substantial refreshments and water as it will take you 20 km to the next CP and refreshments in the village of Gostuša at 28th km. Between these two control points water can be refilled by the village of Pakleštica (15th km of the race). In that section you will cross the old caravan road above Vladikine ploče canyon. Proceed towards Arbinje and on the way at 79th km (4 km from CP6) you will have big refresh point at Sinošćir where you can get a massage. Move forward through Arbinje coming for the second time at Beleđe where water, refreshment and drop bag will be. That would be CP7 at 90th km of the race. Go downholl towards Topli Do where CP8 will be set at 108th km of the race, with next refresh point, warm meal, water and massage. After that the steepest uphill will follow. If you decide to stay at the mountain lodge Šum at Crni vrh village, you willl have to provide yourself with a vehicle since the lodge is 10 km away from the start/finish of the race. If you choose the camp, note that the end of May may be quite fresh at that height, so bring your winter equipment. We will provide more information in January in our new race guide.
